Fees & Payment

• Fee confirmed in your booking.

• Travel beyond 20 miles, accommodation, or extras may incur additional costs.

• Payment due within 30 days of invoice by BACS, cheque, or cash.

• Late payments may incur a 5% weekly charge.
  
  

Cancellations

• Cancel 7+ days before: no charge.

• Cancel within 1 hour of event: 25% fee.

• If I must cancel (e.g., illness), I will reschedule or provide a suitable substitute with your approval.
  
  

Intellectual Property & Recording

• All plans, reports, or materials remain my property.

• Please don’t record, copy, or share without permission.
  
  

Liability & Insurance

• I am not liable for accidents, damage, or injury at your venue.

• My liability is limited to the agreed fee.

• You are responsible for insurance if needed.
  
  

Confidentiality & Data Protection

• I will keep your details safe and comply with GDPR.

• Contact details are only used for booking and communication.
  
  

Governing Law

• This agreement is under the laws of England & Wales.

• Disputes will be resolved first by discussion, then mediation if needed.
